The Sense Relief App™ utilizes acupressure to promptly and efficiently alleviate nausea and vomiting associated with morning sickness and motion sickness. Acupressure is delivered through the Apple Watch's Taptic Engine and Sense Relief's nerve stimulation technology. By applying pulsating acupressure on the user's inner wrist, it stimulates the P6, or Nei-Kuan, nerve acupoint.

 <li>Allow the app to install on your Apple Watch</li>
 <li>Silence your Apple Watch to prevent noise during operation</li>
 <li>Locate the P6 Nerve on your inner wrist (Left or Right Wrist)</li>
 <li>Wear your Apple Watch so the charging pad presses firmly on the P6 nerve</li>
 <li>Adjust the strap comfortably tight</li>
 <li>Initiate the Sense Relief acupressure therapy</li>
 <li>The therapy will run for 3 minutes or can be stopped at any time</li>
 <li>In Auto Mode, the app administers therapy every 20 minutes for regular relief*</li>
 <li>Carry on with your daily activities such as working, driving, walking, etc.</li>

*Maintain your watch in the same position at all times when using Auto Mode.
