Feeling nauseous can occur unexpectedly at any time. Take charge and alleviate your nausea symptoms utilizing your Apple Watch with the Sense Relief App™. This application offers safe relief from morning sickness, motion sickness, nausea, and vomiting wherever you are, without the need for drugs or experiencing side effects.

The Sense Relief App™ utilizes acupressure to promptly and efficiently alleviate nausea and vomiting associated with morning sickness and motion sickness. Acupressure is delivered through the Apple Watch's Taptic Engine and Sense Relief's nerve stimulation technology. By applying pulsating acupressure on the user's inner wrist, it stimulates the P6, or Nei-Kuan, nerve acupoint.

The design of the Sense Relief App™ empowers you to manage your feelings of nauseousness. It only takes a few taps to start the app, providing relief wherever you are and whatever you are doing. Whether you're driving, working, or seeking relaxation, you can activate the app and continue with your activities. Alternatively, you can opt for the Auto Mode which administers acupressure every 20 minutes for continual relief.

Directions:

 <li>Download the Sense Relief App™</li>
 <li>Allow the app to install on your Apple Watch</li>
 <li>Silence your Apple Watch to prevent noise during operation</li>
 <li>Locate the P6 Nerve on your inner wrist (Left or Right Wrist)</li>
 <li>Wear your Apple Watch so the charging pad presses firmly on the P6 nerve</li>
 <li>Adjust the strap comfortably tight</li>
 <li>Initiate the Sense Relief acupressure therapy</li>
 <li>The therapy will run for 3 minutes or can be stopped at any time</li>
 <li>In Auto Mode, the app administers therapy every 20 minutes for regular relief*</li>
 <li>Carry on with your daily activities such as working, driving, walking, etc.</li>
</ol>

*Maintain your watch in the same position at all times when using Auto Mode.

The Sense Relief App™ could be beneficial for individuals experiencing pregnancy-related nausea and vomiting (morning sickness), motion sickness, virtual reality-related nausea, or any sensations of vomiting, queasiness, or retching. Research has demonstrated that up to 75% of patients treated with P6 acupressure found relief from morning sickness symptoms.
