- Download the Sense Relief App™
- Allow the app to install on your Apple Watch
- Silence your Apple Watch to prevent noise during operation
- Locate the P6 Nerve on your inner wrist (Left or Right Wrist)
- Wear your Apple Watch so the charging pad presses firmly on the P6 nerve
- Adjust the strap comfortably tight
- Initiate the Sense Relief acupressure therapy
- The therapy will run for 3 minutes or can be stopped at any time
- In Auto Mode, the app administers therapy every 20 minutes for regular relief*
- Carry on with your daily activities such as working, driving, walking, etc.
*Maintain your watch in the same position at all times when using Auto Mode.
